Lounges at International Vision Expo
Based on guidance from the Board of Directors, The Vision Council will introduce one exclusive lounge for all members at International Vision Expo.
To provide a larger selection of food, the lounges will operate on a "pay for purchase" system. This will include breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks throughout the day. Food items will be available for purchase through lounge cashiers by cash or credit card.
The lounge will remain exclusive for The Vision Council members and will provide a convenient environment to meet with peers. Please be sure to plan accordingly for International Vision Expo.

Why are you doing away with the old Executive and Sales Pro Lounges?
We are changing the lounge to provide the members with more and better food and beverage options.
I thought this was included in our dues as a member benefit.
Along with a host of other member benefits the lounge remain a benefit of membership.
What kind of food will be there? Better quality than the old lounges or the same as the concession stands on the show floor?
The food selection will be determined closer to the show.
How will we pay? Will we be billed? Can you scan us and bill us later?
You will pay as you would pay at any other food court or concession stand. We will have staff from the convention center in the lounge where members will pay for their meals.
Can we bring guests in? How many guests can we bring in?
You may bring guests into the lounge. We ask that you keep the amount of guests to a small minimum because we would like to have enough space for all of our members.
Can we hold meetings in there without buying food?
You can hold meetings there but we ask that you not schedule them during the prime lunch rush, 11:00 am – 2:30 pm. Space is limited so we want to keep space available for all of our members.
Will we need a badge showing that we are members of The Vision Council?
You must be a member (or guest) of The Vision Council to gain access to the lounge. Badges will be provided prior to the show.
