In November of 2001 the FDA published regulation that requires foreign organizations involved with the manufacture, preparation, propagation, compounding or processing of a drug or device importation in the United States to register with the FDA and identify an agent in the US.

The Vision Council serves as a designated US Agent for over 145 companies. We make sure you are up to date with current regulations and will immediately inform you of these changes that could impact your company. Where other companies charge upwards of $800 for this service we specialize in the optical industry and charge a fraction for this program.
