Baroque Beauty: Opulence is golden this fall as runways gleamed with decadent accessories, eyewear being no exception. Extravagant temple bar designs, rhinestones, crystals and intricate embellishments pay tribute to sumptuous Baroque fashion. Cat-eyes - a must-have in kitschy, classic or updated styles - show off ladylike style in bold berry hues. Gold accents on black frames create a statement-making combo.

Graphically Devoted: Bold ‘80s influences inject life into the traditional subdued neutrals of fall. Wild patterned frames (think polka dots, lace, plaid and more) ignite the creativity and passion for individual style that ruled the fashion world at that time. Fall's charming take on tortoise will have every guy eager to release his inner prepster.

Refined Gentleman: Retro influences continue to steal the spotlight in eyewear. However, these familiar silhouettes have been tastefully pared down to refined proportions this season. Designers revealed their devotion to iconic 1960s style specs in tortoise and black, making them the most dominant style on the runway. Circular shapes are key - from true rounds to rounded squares. Thin wire frames, semi-rimless and rimless styles take a clean, minimalistic approach.

Vintage Jock: This fall, vintage inspiration meets sporty styling for a look that is on point for the trendy, active male. The classic aviator has been revamped and has re-emerged on runways with that infamous ‘70s flair. Blues and whites keep it light and fresh, while tans and somber two-tones keep the vintage spirit alive. Decorative and double bridges keep frames modern, yet true to their retro roots.
